Roberta Battaglia blew everyone away on Tuesday’s episode of America’s Got Talent with her cover of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s Oscar-winning song “Shallow”.
The 10-year-old from Toronto, Ontario was nervous at the start, but that didn’t stop her from wowing everyone.
Battaglia was the first-ever to receive the Golden Buzzer from new AGT judge Sofia Vergara.
Before taking the stage, Battaglia said, “”I feel like I’m just dreaming, but it’s actually real life, and I can’t believe it. I might only be 10 years old, but I have big dreams.”
The Golden Buzzer will move Battaglia straight to the live shows. Normally, the live shows are filmed in August at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theater. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, production has shut down on AGT.
