Are you looking to get fit? You might want to grab a deck of cards. That’s what Sebastian Oyegun, of Orlando did, and he is on his way to losing 60 pounds. AMAZING!
Sebastian did the card trick by assigning a different exercise to each suite in the deck. He would then flip the card over and then he would perform the assigned exercise based on the number on the card.
For example: Clubs meant crunches, diamonds for jumping jacks, hearts for push-ups and spades equaled squats.
Sebastian supplements his workouts with 30-minute walks and light weightlifting.
