Get ready for an uplifting evening of music, laughter, stories and solidarity at the fifth annual Cancer Takedown!
Taking place at Market Hall Performing Arts Centre, Cancer Takedown brings the community together for a spirit-raising evening for anyone who has been touched by cancer. While it is a fundraiser, the event also shines a light on the emotional and mental impact of cancer, bringing people together through shared experiences and the power of music, comedy and community.
The evening will be co-hosted by comedic powerhouses Linda Kash and Megan Murphy, with performances from Melissa Payne, Kate Suhr and Kate Brioux.
Providing the music will be Nicholas Campbell, Brandon Munroe and Ian McKeown, with special guests Beau Dixon and The Weber Brothers also taking the stage.
Plus, enjoy performances from the always-entertaining Anthony Bastianon and the MD supergroup, Good Medicine.
All proceeds from Cancer Takedown support Cancer Care at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, helping keep exceptional cancer care close to home
