The Pa Day Camp includes safety training, tools demonstrations (electric sander, nail gun & drill press, hammer, drill with the supervision of teachers), study of different kinds of wood, screws, nails, fasteners.
Students will be making a minimum of 2 projects and get to choose their favourite to go home.
Crafts and games are part of the itinerary.
What: PA Day Camp Times: 9am-5pm
Location: 57 Baiden Street, Kingston (Portsmouth Ave. and King St.)
Teacher: Chris Norman (has over 20 years of experience with woodworking, children and carpentry programs).
Snacks and lunch are not included. Make sure to pack theirs for the day!
