John’s Auto Service has been a longstanding family run automotive repair centre in Kingston for more than 50 Years. We continue to serve our community Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with client safety in mind. John’s Auto Service is taking all recommended steps from Health Canada and the CDC seriously. The health and safety of our customers and staff is our primary concern and we are doing everything we can to ensure their well-being. Steps we have taken regarding vehicles includes sanitizing keys, door handles, steering wheels, window switches and/or handles, hood release handles, any caps under the hood (engine oil, washer fluid, coolant, brake, power steering), valve stem caps, dipsticks and anything else that could potentially pose a risk by transmitting COVID-19. We are practicing and encouraging zero contact services. This includes; employee only facility, clients placing keys in our drop box, staggering pickup and drop off times, providing a clean and safe way to pick up your vehicle, picking up your vehicle from your house or workplace, sanitizing and returning it, as well as email, phone and text communication.
