Canada Walks For Bladder Cancer

The Bladder Cancer Canada September 24th fundraiser supports bladder cancer patients, public awareness and research. Bladder cancer affects over 80 000 Canadians and is the most costly cancer to treat because of its 60 – 80% recurrence rate.

Your donation will support our national grants to Canadian research centers like the Queens University Cancer Research Institute and our patient Peer Support Program. You can read some helpful information and support Kingston and the 1000 Islands Region by selecting “Kingston'” at BCCWALK.CA Pick up some brochures and meet with local volunteers at our information table September 24th 9am – 3pm at MacDonald Memorlal Park in Kingston. A light lunch courtesy of Kingston Domino’s Pizza and refreshments for all registrants again this year.
